Best Western Plus Airdrie Gateway

“Hotel is very clean, lobby and common areas are really nice. Stayed one night. My room was incredibly clean, bed was comfortable and pillows were fluffy. I was very happy with the pharamacopia verbena products. I love these personal products and really happy this hotel stock these. Breakfast was included in my stay, which was fully stocked with hot and fresh food. Eggs, meat and a hot waffle maker!!! Very very good stay and amazing rate (thank you Rhonda)! Shout out to our check in girl Jayden and Maria, they both were so sweet and informative! Will definitely stay again!”

“Truly one of the nicest BW’s we’ve stayed in. The room was spacious, the bed was incredibly comfortable and it’s great to see you actually have usable TV channels lol. The breakfast we’re great, the hotel is super clean and modern and the staff go above and beyond and beyond! Very easy to get to and situated nicely for trips into Calgary or Banff. We will definitely be back!”

“We booked a one-night stay for a moms’ getaway. We did not expect to leave talking about the general manager like she was the highlight of the trip….but here we are. Best Western Plus Airdrie was clean, comfortable, welcoming, and served a really great breakfast. But Rhonda? Rhonda was the magic. My family & I have spent the last 8 years traveling the world, and I can honestly say I have never come across a GM with that much light, joy, and genuine warmth. She was funny, kind, full of life, and the kind of person who makes you feel better just by crossing paths with her. Even more telling, you could feel her impact on the whole place. The staff seemed happy, the atmosphere felt upbeat, and everything about the experience carried that same warmth. It’s one thing to run a hotel well. It’s another thing to make people remember how they felt while they were there. Rhonda clearly has that gift. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat and next time, I’d love to bring my family.”

“I wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank you for the exceptional care and professionalism shown during our recent stay. After experiencing an issue on our first visit, your team went above and beyond to rectify the situation, and the level of service we received was truly remarkable. From the General Manager, Rhonda, to the reception staff, Maria and kitchen team, especially Jackie, every interaction was warm, attentive, and genuinely focused on making our experience a positive one. It is rare to encounter such consistently impeccable hospitality, and your staff turned what could have been a disappointing experience into one that left a lasting positive impression. Please extend our appreciation to everyone involved — their efforts did not go unnoticed. We are very grateful and look forward to staying with you again in the future. Respectfully, Maria Freeborn”

“As a frequent traveler it has to be said, there should be a Rhonda and Suzie at every hotel. Their passion is remarkable. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The room was spotless and comfortable. Kudos to the housekeeping staff, they do an amazing job. Waking up, the breakfast felt like home away from home. Lots of fresh, hot food and great coffee. It was the perfect way to start the day. We will definitely be back.”
